水母网3月17日讯（通讯员 范文波）近日，烟台市致良高级中学举办了一场女生心理健康专题讲座，翟老师为高中女生们带来了一堂关于青春期、人际关系与自我保护的心理课。现场互动热烈，女孩们的积极参与和响亮回应，成为这个春天靓丽的色彩。每一位女孩，都拥有向阳而生的力量。今天，我们不只谈保护，更谈成长；不只谈风险，更谈勇气。

Recently, our school held a special lecture on girls’ mental health. Teacher Zhai gave a psychology lesson to senior high school girls on adolescence, interpersonal relationships and self-protection. The event was filled with warm interactions, and the girls’ active participation and confident responses added a beautiful touch to this spring. Every girl has the power to grow towards the sun. Today, we focus not only on protection, but also on growth; not only on risks, but also on courage.

“同学们，大家好，欢迎参加今天的心理活动！”随着老师的亲切问候，讲座在轻松的热身游戏中拉开序幕。音乐节奏中，女孩们跟随动作、击掌和跺脚，现场气氛瞬间活跃起来。

“Hello everyone, welcome to today’s psychological activity!” With the teacher’s warm greeting, the lecture began with a relaxing ice-breaking games. Accompanied by music, the girls followed the actions, clapped and stamped their feet, and the atmosphere quickly became lively.

这次讲座从青春期的生理变化到心理发展，从人际关系的建立到自我保护意识，涵盖了女生成长中最需要关注的核心话题。

The lecture covered the most important topics for girls’ growth, from physical and psychological changes in adolescence to the building of interpersonal relationships and awareness of self-protection.

“从14岁左右开始，大家有十余年的时间去进行安全地探索与实践。”亲爱的女孩，你不必急着在今天就找到所有答案。迷茫是正常的，困惑是必经的，你还有整整十余年的时光，去试错、去体验、去成为你想成为的人。我们想告诉你：慢慢来，没关系。学校、老师、家人，都是你探索路上的守护者。你不需要独自面对所有风雨，因为有人愿意为你点亮一盏灯，陪你走过这段最美的成长旅程。

“Starting from around the age of 14, you have more than ten years to explore and practice safely.” Dear girls, you don’t have to rush to find all the answers right now. Confusion is normal, and doubt is part of growing up. You still have over a decade to try, to experience, and to become the person you want to be. We want to tell you: take your time. It’s okay. The school, teachers and your family are all guardians on your journey. You don’t have to face the difficulties alone. There are people ready to light up your way and walk with you through this precious growing-up time.

翟老师强调：“你的身体，完全属于你自己。任何让你感到不舒服的触碰、言语或眼神，你都有权利坚决地说不！”

Teacher Zhai emphasized: “Your body belongs completely to you. You have the right to firmly say NO to any touch, words or looks that make you uncomfortable!”

现场进行的YES or NO小测验将气氛推向高潮，女孩们用响亮的声音和坚定的手势，表达着对自我保护意识的认同。当你能够清晰地表达界限时，你就已经掌握了自己人生的方向盘。

A live YES-or-NO quiz lifted the atmosphere to a climax. With clear voices and firm gestures, the girls showed their strong agreement with the importance of self-protection. When you can express your boundaries clearly, you are already in control of your own life.

升级“心理装备”，做情绪的主人

面对青春期的情绪波动，讲座为同学们提供了实用的心理工具：

理性杀毒软件——认知行为理论：情绪与行为取决于我们如何看待事情。

优势探索程序——多看看自己的长处，将精力转移到“我喜欢什么、我擅长什么”。

支持系统网络——家人、朋友是最坚实的后盾。

自我关照方法——深呼吸、绘画涂鸦、蝴蝶拍、五感安抚法。

To help deal with emotional changes during adolescence, the lecture shared practical psychological skills:

Rational “antivirus” — Cognitive Behavioral Theory: Our emotions and actions depend on how we think about things.

Strength exploration — Focus on your advantages and direct your energy to what you love and what you are good at.

Support system — Family and friends are your strongest support.

Self-care methods — Deep breathing, drawing, butterfly tapping, and the five-sense calming technique.

纸飞机放飞，告别困惑，拥抱勇气

讲座的最后，迎来了最动人的环节——纸飞机放飞仪式。每位女生在纸上写下自己的青春期困惑、最不喜欢的标签或绰号，然后折成纸飞机。随着“一、二、三，放飞！”的口令，无数纸飞机在空中划过，象征着那些不舒服的感受随风而去。

The lecture ended with the most touching part — the paper airplane ceremony. Each girl wrote down her adolescent confusion, unwanted labels or nicknames on paper and folded it into a plane. At the countdown “One, two, three, fly!”, countless paper airplanes flew into the air, symbolizing the release of unpleasant feelings.

整场讲座中，女孩们展现了极高的参与热情，面对提问踊跃回答，声音洪亮自信；每个互动环节全员参与，无人缺席。这场讲座不仅传递了知识，更让每一位女生感受到：学校始终关注着她们的成长，愿意为她们提供安全、温暖的成长环境。

Throughout the lecture, the girls showed great enthusiasm: they answered questions actively and confidently, and joined every activity fully. The lecture not only taught knowledge, but also made every girl feel that the school cares deeply about their growth and provides a safe and warm environment for them.
